Statewide Chimney provides professional chimney services including but not limited to:
- Chimney cleaning and sweeping
- Chimney inspection and safety assessments
- Chimney repair and restoration
- Fireplace installation and maintenance
- Masonry repair and rebuilding
- Emergency chimney services
- Chimney cap and liner installation
3. Service Availability
While we advertise 24/7 availability, service times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and technician availability. We strive to provide timely service for all requests, with priority given to emergency situations.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for services will be provided before work begins. Payment terms include:
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods
- Additional charges may apply for after-hours or emergency services
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Estimates are provided free of charge
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe and clear access to chimney and work areas
- Being present during service calls when required
- Providing accurate information about the property and chimney condition
- Disclosing any known hazards or safety concerns
- Securing pets during service visits
6. Liability and Warranties
Statewide Chimney is fully licensed and insured. We warrant our workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, consequential damages, or issues arising from normal wear and tear or lack of maintenance.
7. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel service requests with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or after the technician has been dispatched may be subject to a service call fee.
8. Privacy and Communications
By requesting our services, you consent to receive communications from Statewide Chimney via phone, text, or email regarding your service request. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Safety and Compliance
All work is performed in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. We recommend following all safety guidelines provided by our technicians and scheduling regular chimney inspections as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of Massachusetts.
11. Modifications
Statewide Chimney reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
